Warranty for watches

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why every pre-owned watch we sell is thoroughly inspected, authenticated, and serviced (when needed) before it reaches you. All watches come with a 12-month limited warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Mechanical issues that occur under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from drops, water exposure, or misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or battery replacement.

  • Repairs or modifications done by anyone other than us.

Still Under Manufacturer Warranty?
If your watch is still covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, that will take precedence. We're happy to help you navigate the best way to have your issue resolved.

If you need service, just email us at hello@oldities.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please ensure the watch is well-protected when shipping it to us.

 

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make the return process as easy as possible.

You Can Return Your Item If:

  • It’s within 14 days of delivery.

  • It’s in the same condition as when we sent it with no extra wear or damage.

  • You include all original packaging, certificates, papers, and accessories (when applicable), in the same condition they were received.

Items We Can’t Accept for Return:

  • Customized or resized items.

  • Items that have been repaired or altered by a third party after purchase.

  • Special orders.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@oldities.com within the 14-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable and insured shipping method. (If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost is your responsibility)

Please pack the item with care as we can’t take responsibility for damage that happens during the return shipment.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 20 business days, minus the original shipping fee.

If anything is missing or damaged, we may issue a partial refund. In cases where the item is significantly damaged or can’t be repaired, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Need a Different Item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something else, simply return your item and place a new order.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Special orders may take longer, and we’ll confirm the timeline with you at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted carriers like UPS and DHL, with insured and trackable delivery.

  • Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within the EU: 2–3 business days

  • International: 3–5 business days (customs processing time may vary)

Shipping Security

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery to ensure they arrive safely.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.
