Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make the return process as easy as possible.

You Can Return Your Item If:

  • It’s within 14 days of delivery.
  • It’s in the same condition as when we sent it with no extra wear or damage.
  • You include all original packaging, certificates, papers, and accessories (when applicable), in the same condition they were received.

Items We Can’t Accept for Return:

  • Customized or resized items.
  • Items that have been repaired or altered by a third party after purchase.
  • Special orders.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@oldities.com within the 14-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable and insured shipping method. (If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost is your responsibility)

Please pack the item with care as we can’t take responsibility for damage that happens during the return shipment.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 20 business days, minus the original shipping fee.

If anything is missing or damaged, we may issue a partial refund. In cases where the item is significantly damaged or can’t be repaired, we may not be able to issue a refund.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something else, simply return your item and place a new order.
